Service Details:
Private Home Care
(Personal Care and Companion/Sitter)
Services include but are not limited to: safety monitoring, assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, feeding, medication reminders and errands.
Respite Care
Family Caregiver Relief
Includes care and assistance provided under Committed Hands of Care's Private Home/ In-Home Care service. This service is provided for children, adults and seniors (in their own homes or outside of their homes) and is designed to allow relief for family caregivers. PRN (as needed) services are available.
​ Community Access
​
Transportation and supervision is provided for individuals while they access services and community activities of their choice. Activities may include but are not limited to: bowling, shopping, library access, parks for exercise or fun activities, movies, etc. This service is provided in both independent and group settings.

Prevocational Service
​
Transportation and supervision is provided for individuals while they access services and activities of their choice in preparation for paid or unpaid employment. Training includes teaching concepts such as compliance, attendance, task completion, problem solving and safety. Activities may include but are not limited to: stocking and bagging grocery or other items, housekeeping, money handling, communication skills, lawn care, mail and newspaper packaging, etc.
